Thank you so much for this! I'm in my third year of a bachelors in neuroscience and whenever I think of my options after college I always feel like I'm not qualified/havent learned enough from college to do these jobs or be able to complete a phd. Need to learn to trust the process a bit more I think 😅 really relate to minor setbacks making me lose confidence in myself

Trusting the process is definitely what is needed! It is tough and takes practice, but believing in yourself and your abilities will bring great things :)

Great video Julia. I am applying for graduate school in the USA and I have felt stuck and overwhelmed many times during the process. Today, I will officially submit applications to 20 schools in my country. You helped remind to have positive energy about this.

Hey, I know you aren't an international student but do you have any advice for someone (an American, me) who wants to apply to a uni in London? And do you have any advice on dealing with parents who might try and emotionally manipulate you into staying (my mother)

Hello! I can try help if you’d like ? What uni specifically in London? And ik this is difficult but if something makes u happy it’ll be best to do that despite what anyone else says. Sometimes being “selfish” is good because this is YOUR degree and YOUR happiness so ultimately it’s your decision:)

@@jen5803 Thank you! I would love help. Uhm I was thinking about queen mary. I used to want to go to UCL but I found out that it has like a 7 perfect acceptance. Idk it's hard for me to maneuver through this info as an American teenager

Hi! I would say to definitely check the requirements online and make sure you have set up your UCAS for your application. Most uni's just take that - you work experience, personal statement and grades. And then check finances too as you will have to pay international fees. I would say re. people wanting you to stay that it is normal - people don't like change. Make them feel heard and then calmly state your reasons for wanting to go. Uni flies so fast top, it isn't forever!

Have you tried reloading the page? Might just be a problem with the connection, to me it's perfectly synched.

Ahh I am sorry this happened! It looked okay from my end but maybe it is to do with connection. Thank you for letting me know! :)
