There is no way. I saw that Batman logo on the car and wondered if that was the same car that i had seen on a segment of a High Octane DVD Series from YEARS back. Car was red then i believe. Then i saw your dad rock up on the scooter and immediately recognized him. This is mad, haha.

@@JulieNataas lol, I used to work on an injected car back when he was driving! I’m not that old, but that was a while ago 😂 Yeah, hopefully I’ll see him at a race soon like that and ask lol :) - He used to talk about people running LOW five second passes and it messing up the rules for everyone (this is only a few years ago maybe) so when you guys started hauling ass, I had to joke with him about it lol Phenomenal passes to get your license! The nitro classes and drivers are getting me quite excited because of the quality & caliber of drivers/crew members/crew chiefs, etc! Have a phenomenal summer and keep on keepin on! 🤙

What were the times, I couldn’t see the lights at the traps. Getting that Lic is HUGE, requires 2 sub 4.3,, so that is 4.29 and 1 abbreviated “Moderate”, that is some competitive consistency !. Good Luck and Congrats !. Im getting old so I had to pause the video then continue, my heart was racing the whole dang time.

The timing system at the track was set up to quarter mile, so it’s not showing the right time. I ran a 3.95 and a 3.82 for my full passes. Thank you so much! It was def cool

Congratulations. From the standpoint of a long time NHRA fan, born in 1959 and they hadn't broken the 275 mph mark yet, your runs looked great and straight. Scrappers took good care of you, and you have their support. You're already an established driver in Top Alcohol, with a solid record. Alan Reinhart speaks highly of you, and that guy has seen some racers go down the track. I second the man who suggested getting to know Clay Millican. If anything you will laugh a bunch. He's an awesome man who has some miles on track and off. He has some serious people that he has for friends.

Thank you! I do know where I’m at the track. I’m from Europe so I’m used to meters. My current team never tells me to go 400ft, 500ft etc which is why I had to ask. They all thought it was funny. I shut it off right when I was suppose to 😉

I’ve never heard of time slips for drag racing being in meters so that’s super interesting. Thanks for clarifying that. You learn something new everyday! Surprised you did not go to Paul Lee. He has been one of the "go to" guys in fuel licenses for decades, but if you know someone personally with a fuel car to lend, and sign off...go for it. The only license I have is a NHRA Comp license that allows me to go 7.50 at about 180 MPH. Even though one day I did go 240 MPH in my low budget blown alcohol funny car. That cost me some money in rings, keepers, stretched rods, rocker arm shafts, and head studs. As the saying goes...how fast do you want to go...how much money do you have?

There are many great people and guys who you can get your license with these day. I’ve known scrappers for a long time. It felt right! Paul Lee is great! I didn’t even know he had a top fuel dragster for people to get their license in.

@@JulieNataas Some years ago if you completed Frank Hawley's school of drag racing then I believe it was Paul Lee that would supply a fuel car take you to the next step of a fuel license for 20 or 30 grand. Probably go through 100 grand in passes to get a fuel license today. I have met Mike before. I found out he knows Sheri and Art Goldstrom (RIP) that I lease property from to work on my hot rods.

Nope. She has her position in the company. Sit and go fast . That's it. A driver already has alot on there plate. By the time u make it where she is ,ur past that. I learned all that through grade 8 to 12 in school.
