*I cried really hard. I feel like I have SO MUCH POTENTIAL. I feel like I'm trying to jump to the future where I KNOW I'M PERFECT. And just constantly thinking about BEING THAT, it drags me down. I feel this CONSTANT LOOP of this perfect future just teasing me because I'M NOT THAT PERSON YET. It's the fact that I KNOW I HAVE IT IN ME, and at the same time it's RUINING ME.*

DEVINECLUB No man. Men just can hold more the emotions than woman. We just learn to hold when we are young. But getting in touch with emotions is not a bad thing, is really good once we can handle them. Probably is the best way to know ourselfs

Yes man, i said "no man" xD Because you said "you feel the way to much". Unless in extreme cases like bipolar disorders and depressions, being very sensitive to our feelings can be a really good thing. Feeling numb is what is bad. Being very sensitive to feelings is like having a power when he can process and learn with them. Feelings are what connect us

rsbooty well, i know how you feel, i felt the same when i was 18 or so, BUT if you are truely good at sth. you should focus on using your potential rather than wasting time. I can clearly see from your post that most of your identity or self esteem is based on your skills. That shit doesnt last forever. What are you going to do or feel if its over? You are not living forever. Believe you would die right now. What would you regret havent done in your life? Telling sb. that you love them?, that you built a relationship on a lie?, you can never lie ro the man in the mirror. Its not the results what you want, its the neediness to be complete, but those results what you are seeking won't complete you. Fix your default identity.

This helped me realize I have a fear of success because I'm afraid of the pressures and expectations that come with that. I see people asking me to speak to a large audience and me not wanting to do that, but when I think about why I don't want to do it there is no answer. It was just the cover that fear was using.

Thanks Julian - I bought TM - some initial rough notes from this vid: -As a kid we become socially conditioned by the people and media around us. In time, we get comfortable with whatever station we take and this becomes our default. We then become addicted to this default self-imagine. For example, we may think that we deserve + 10 and if sprint past that - we will pull back to our comfort zone. There is resistance past the +10 point and its uncomfortable. Or we may feel that we don’t deserve it and that may be the cause. It’s a prison between -10 and + 10. How much negative shit we will allow and how much positive growth we allow. I think it has to do with entitlement. What quality of girl, income, friends, success, is the fake psychological celling that I feel uncomfortable rising above? -Julian explained that in the past when he was stuck in a negative pattern, he would feel exhausted if he were to hang out with positive people. He would crave the negativity.

My biggest fear is that im a psychopath. I don't love, i just need. It feels like love untill its clear it is not. I lie i manipulate, and i feel next to no remorse for anything i have done. I don't love my parents, i don't hate them either. im 25 and it getting even more intense. And is not like i can tell anyone since im not stupid. Im full of myself because im smarter than the average and at times i can.t even decide if my reactions are genuine or i'm faking them. Anything else knows if i am born this way or is the fucked up childhood? i can't remember when it started
@briann5524
@briann5524 7 жыл бұрын
You're probably not a psychopath since you're scared of that possibility. Psychopaths are quite fearless and wouldn't normally worry if they were. Having said that, there is always exceptions. Don't self diagnose and worry, go to a psychologist and ask for an assessment. And also, being a psychopath isn't bad. It's committing crimes and doing bad things that make you bad. There a lot of functional psychopaths that don't do bad things in society.

Not to burst your bubble, this is not the type of thing a psychopath would say. A "psychopath" would not get emotional by the fact that they're a "psychopath" cause they don't feel emotions including fear. You probably identify yourself as a psychopath, but this is just false.

Go in the opposite direction then. Take the actions that will make you succeed in class, that will make you fun to be around, that will make you have lots of friends. Anyway :) as tony robbins would say, ask yourself better questions.

Snenors4pres The fear of falling class is more easy to deal with. You can organize your time better and look for better ways to study. But see that falling class doesn t mean that you are bad or dumb. You are just not so interested and motivated. For feeling of abandonnement I think that helps a lot spend a lit more time alone but treating yourself. Take a bath, meditate, buy some food and do a great meal alone in a relaxed place. work on your body.
@Snenors4pres
@Snenors4pres 7 жыл бұрын
Hugo Antunes that's mostly what it is for the class. It's Organic Chemistry and found it uninteresting but also felt that I didn't want to try super hard because then if I failed I wouldn't have the excuse of just being lazy and failing. As for being alone, I have friends and family that try to spend time with me but they themselves seem to be abandoned by their social circles. Also, people who I used to call my best friends for life back in the day have grown apart and I miss having those people in my life since I felt connected with them far more than others I have met. I appreciate your input thank you for taking the time.

I strongly recommend you to read 'The six pillars of self-esteem' by Nathaniel Branden, 'Evolutionary Psychology' of David M.Buss, 'Introducing NLP' by Joseph O'Connor & John Seymour, 'Awaken the Giant within' by Anthony Robbins, 'Genome' by Matt Ridley and 'The Red Queen', also by Matt Ridley.

Kinda disagree with this in a way. But it does matter for your happiness.(which is what this is teaching) But for example: Just because YOU feel 10/10 and think you're 10/10 doesn't mean society does. You won't make more money unless you have the SKILLS to back it up. Just because you feel 100% and happy it wont matter in the worlds eyes. But I can see it helping you for your baseline internal fulfillment. Money=Value. It doesnt matter what you feel inside. In fact, someone shitty might be more motivated to make more money. So really this must apply to women, where entitlement is internal based and how you feel mainly. You can be broke or have low income and still be entitled to hot girls. Just wanted to share my thoughts on it. But yeah

@addictedtonothing23

Ramsey Nammari the fear is like the first level until you drop it through actions. your brain starts to feel comfortable and wants to reach for the next level. start from the bottom and dont skip ahead. make a list with things you want to achieve in a day or week. lowering your expectations. If you life your life properly, inspiration will come to you. make a list of your strength and weaknesses. Be truely honest to yourself and try to find effective actions to change them
