Honestly this used to be a fear of mine “ Fear of being creepy” , but when you think about it this comes from an beta male mentality. You hide what you want , what you feel, and what you really want to say out of fear of disapproval and the person usually a chick can pick up on it ! It kind of makes them uncomfortable so to beat this, literally all you have to do is Just unapologetically BE YOURSELF ! When you do that , you could care less about what others think, because you get your self worth and approval from within !

It also comes from a gynocentric mindset where women are the prize and men are worthless if they don't meet certain standards.

Malik bro you're on point. LIke I grew up in a female dominated household, and image was everything so if I didnt comply with the image my mom wanted me to have she'd literally shun me in front of the family. That kind of parenting really represses authenticity, especially when you can't even say the truth for fear of ostracization. It really is a beta/submissive mentality, and no way for a man to live. Thanks for your insight man.

I find when I’m out approaching I don’t analyse at all. I’m totally present in the moment in a state of flow. I avoid going up into my head and intellectualising at all. But the day after I do massive analysis on the evening before. Squeeze all the learnings from every interaction. Like Batman retreating to his bat cave. Works for me.

Your vid on "How to be the life of any party" helped a lot. I've had severe social anxiety issues before(I couldn't even fuckin make eye contact with people before) I was at a wedding recently and I was totally care-free, Loud and Made eye contact with everyone I met (to a point of being creepy:-D, maybe I took it to beast mode but it helped a lot tho) I also met a couple of relatives, one of them said my behaviour was so manly. (hell, I don't know what they meant but it felt like shit was working) Thanks for the advice.

Oh lol je ne savais pas que tu étais Suisse. Well, congruence is 100% for me. However, relatiblity is totally impossible unless I play a role simply because I am a high potential and I think way too inconventionally so yeah.. I'd rather stay isolated than pretending. Because I'm radically honest and too authentic for "the standards" girls tned to perceive me and interprete than I'm creepy.
@Nalojuntu
@Nalojuntu 6 жыл бұрын
John Mind - if so, why not looking at it differently. Why not thinking about letting yourself have fun. And about sharing these positive emotions with the girls. Giving up on going deep, I think that's what we could start to do. And thriving on sincerity, autoderision, social daring. I like how Max and Tyler put it about warming up before talking to THE girls. About interacting with any person on the way you go to the animated streets. Talking to grandmas, to barmens, to bouncers, even just about the weather or how the evening's going.

Commentaires thanks for your reply. That’s the thing, I always go deep with everyone I talk to lol or I just get bored and don’t talk 😂 it’s not about fear really but difference of values. I guess about the fact that if I had more practice I would probably take it less seriously.
