No one is gonna see this, but that's okay. I just want to talk a lil bit. I love Julien so much and I'll never forget the day I met him and Jenna at Sephora on the day that they were filming the "my boyfriend buys my makeup" video. The two of them were a huge source of happiness for me throughout my middle school and high school years. As it did for many people, last year, a lot of things changed in my life. I graduated high school, spent all my time at home, developed new hobbies, and discovered new communities on the internet. Last summer, I made a Twitch account to watch Trixie Mattel's streams. From her, I was introduced to Granny, who only had a couple hundred views per stream at the time, and I became a regular on her streams. I also became a regular on Chris Melberger's streams. I don't know why, but I never really explored any further than Trixie, Granny, and Chris, and once summer ended and I went to college, I stopped using Twitch entirely. But during the time that I was engaging in the Granny and Chris's chats, I felt so welcomed and so valued. I was recognized by both of the creators and fellow viewers because of my ~*unique*~ username. It was crazy. I felt part of something for the first time after a school year in which all of my friends abandoned me, and then a pandemic hit. Watching this video that featured Julien, who played a huge role in my life from 6th grade through senior year of high school, and Chris and Granny, who played a huge role during my quarantined transition out of high school and into college, makes me feel so happy and so grateful. Like I said, I don't use Twitch anymore, so I had no idea that Julien and Granny met sometime in the past year. It's amazing to see people that separately made me feel important, made me feel joy, and made me feel appreciated come together and reach even more people spread more happiness, just like they did for me, both one year ago, and five years ago. If you read all of this, omg you're an angel. I'm gonna go study for my statistics exam.

Years ago my mom and I played monopoly (Canadian Edition. I usually pick the moose or hockey player) for a few days straight. 12 games Won 8. Lost 4. if we needed to use the table we'd write down the money we have, other things we own (railroads, hotels, houses, property, etc) and the spot on the board we're on, then put everything away. When we'd continue the game we'd set everything back up again and continue. I think the longest amount of time we played before putting it away was 11 hours straight. My mom was always the banker. It's not that I can't be trusted with money, I'm just not good at quickly counting and it would take forever for people to get their money lmao 💀
