I’m in the very early stages of just researching as much as I can about real estate, before I get everything together and start taking the courses, and these videos help put the reality of real estate out there. There’s not too many people I’ve found that show you all the gritty details of day to day agent work outside of the checks. This is an awesome channel especially because you started from the beginning. I’m also in the Tampa area, so it’s extra helpful seeing what it’s really like.

@@Ashley-og9ti For leases on rental properties you get 25% commission of a months rent. Say you close on a 2k lease, u get 500 which you than split with your broker depending on the split u have. My case i keep 75% and my broker gets 25% so in this scenario ill pocket 375 out of the 500.

Thank you Julieniz so much for this! your videos are helping me to understand the realities of being a real estate agent and I was looking for this!! I live in Washington, D.C and I have been hesitating from getting the license to work here as I will have to move to Miami, FL, in 2 years from now. knowing this has stopped me from getting my real estate license in D.C, as I feel that by the time I get to work with a brokerage firm, I will be getting ready to leave. The other thing I have considered is working on getting my real estate license for FL now, and try to work online for the reminder of the time that I have in DC. However, I don't know if there is such a thing as working online as a real estate agent? Or is it worth it to get the license for D.C and work here for 1.5 years? I would love your opinion on this! Again, keep up the good work! its been so helpful! Yara

@clarity Hi! I’m studying for my GA state exam. How is hard? I’m most worried about the math! Congratulations on your new journey!
@LanguageLearned4 жыл бұрын
@@sleepsoundsrelaxation1417 sorry for the late response but the test isn’t hard, more so challenging. The math you shouldn’t worry to heavily on. But do study for state specific content. You may have study on community property but in Georgia we don’t recognize community property more so joint tenancy. I recommend @Life”s Journey to use PrepAgent after using that tool it helped me a lot on National part of the test and also use Compucram Georgia state specific that really helped with the state for me and it should for you. Some test taking tips I really recommend is to read every question 2x and read any hard questions 3 or more times cause the test tends to have 2 correct answers but you have to know the material and choose the best answer. Also one last thing in Georgia their is 157 questions and you have to have 109 or more correct to pass I recommend you to use your scratch paper and any question you feel like was hard write that number down on the scratch paper. If you have 44 or more numbers on that scratch paper more than likely failed the exam but if you have for example 26 numbers you feel like you may have missed you may have passed but that means you have 17 questions you may thing you got right but actually got wrong. I know it sounds confusing but I have a KZbin video that’s gonna explain what strategy I’m saying. But yay I know it’s a lot that I am typing but I just want people to pass so they can start on their new careers cause I failed 3x all of them times I need 4 or less questions to pass that’s because I don’t use PrepAgent or Compucram and I’m not no promoter of these sites but they really did help me with passing for the most part. Hope you pass your exam and hope to be working with you💯🙏🏿
