Fascinating Julien. Bravo et merci for this most informative overview. I think you’re more passionate about wine than you are about pronunciation. 🙏🇬🇧🍇🍷🌞👊🙏2022.

With the greatest of respect, monsieur, you’re probably a sommelier. I‘ve been fortunate to have experienced organised fine wine and Champgne tastings at Epernay in France and Stellenbosch in South Africa. Please do more of these expertly presented and educational postings. Bonne santé.🙏🍷🇬🇧🌞🍇🙏

Hello Julien, I hope you mean sultanina grapes grown in the US are never used to make wine. As that specific variety is actually used "to make wine" in other parts of the world. Santé to sultanina wines. :)

If it's not a problem for you please, what else should I do with the grapes I picked from the garden? I have to rely on wild yeast because there is no corporate yeast in my country.

Hi Julien, I am from Iran and I love wine. Please teach me how to make wine. There is no dry yeast company in my country. Please teach me how to make wine under this post, thank you.

Georgia has more variety of grapes. Also, the wine was made there long time ago, even before France was making any wines.

Isn't Gewurztraminer italian?
@YouTubeJulien2 жыл бұрын
hi there, it sounds like the family of grapes it belongs to originated in Tramin, which is in a small German speaking part of Italy. Gewurz means spices in German. The grapes has been mainly grown in Germany and Alsace though for quite a while :) Hope this helps
