Honestly, I've easily watched hundreds (not exaggerating) of planner videos over the last year from Happy Planner, Disc bound vs Rings, Franklin planners, Journaling, Passion Planner, Panda Planners (including Rocket books)...and and and.... Stickers vs functional vs minimalism.... Its exhausting trying to find my best fit...eventually found that stickers and journaling stamps stuff was Waaaayyyy too much work...but watching you plan..its been son therapeutic...you even have me considering Happy Planner....🤩

I like the layout. I find that I like a daily planner option, but don't use it every day. So I put some undated daily sheets in the front of my happy planner. It's working well so far.

I just love watching your videos and how you lay out the new Daily Duo with what you already have on hand. I ordered last Monday and feel like everyone else, stocking the site to see how long it can possibly take FedEx to deliver the most important delivery of the year (well, till the fall when I order a new LifePlanner for my weekly work layouts, LOL). I wanted a daily duo but now I am kind of happy with my pseudo daily in an extra notebook that I had. I can be messy in that, use my vertical through December this way and take more time to figure out what will work best for me next year.

My Duo comes today! I'm all stocked up on skinny washi and can't wait to see what add ons PK comes up with for it. I am crossing my fingers that the undated petite gets a "focused" makeover because once I am "on the go" again, I will still need it in my bag for my big ugly to-do lists and brain dumps. Proud of you for embracing the peach this week! 😂 Happy Bday! Of course I write mine in my planner. Best day of the year! 🎉

I was hoping you would start planning in your daily duo!! :) I keep waiting for my shipped email so I can start looking at mine and start thinking about how I am going to use it. My EC petite is such a little chunky thing because I have used so many PK kits and love using washi in it. Can't wait to start using it. I agree that when EC sends it to you at least to me I hope that you start using it. That way it allows us to see what it is and how to use it. I have been waiting for someone to use that skinny washi as I was planning to use it in that format. I feel the same with the the weekly view as well. Going with the new coiled weekly planner from Avalon and Ninth that just came out today. I was thinking of using the PPWeeks that I still have but this new one is coiled and I am so happy for that!

I ordered the daily duo on the first insider launch day and I’ve been checking on it constantly!! I keep seeing people posting in the groups on Facebook that they’ve gotten theirs and it’s killing me that mine is still processing 😫 I can’t wait to get it!! I love how this turned out 🤩 I have a lot of leftover stickers that I will definitely be using in mine! I’ve been watching Samantha’s videos every day, too. First time EC planner user (normally use Happy Planner because I liked that being disc bound I could keep just a couple months at a time in my school notebook to keep it all together). Im a little worried. I ordered the daily duo, because I totally fell in love with the aesthetic. As a nursing student/mom with a new job at the hospital starting soon, I tend to need to see my month & week at a glance. I’m second guessing my pricey purchase. I guess with all that going on though I may need daily sheets. Ugh, I dunno. I never gravitated to daily before because the paper was so thin I knew writing would be visible through and look messy. I keep thinking that with EC paper that won’t happen so I’ll like it better. Anyone have some things they love about EC and/or daily planning to make me feel more confident in my purchase?

You've only put the washi strips on the top and I'm already tempted to get the Duo system ahahaha. Been debating getting it alongside my vertical, this is helping the positive side :) I just have all the petite daily books, and I am really enjoying them! Do you think you'll keep using the petite daily's with the Daily Duo?

@@JuliesPlans I think my issue is that I don't utilize the hours very much, which is why I switched from the Hourly to the Vertical. The thing drawing me to the Duo is the larger size for more room, but the Petite system is nice and portable! Just so many positives for both. I've also considered frankenplanning my vertical and the daily duo together, to create 3 books, where I have the daily pages behind the weeks! it would be the perfect system for me, just not sure if it's quite worth it to get rid of the petite daily :(
