I was thinking of using the 12 boxes for monthly planning so labeling them January-December and jot down what I need or want to incorporate for the next month so when I go to do my spread it’s all there. I just purchased my first EC planner so I’m excited to play around and use it! Very helpful video ☺️

Very useful video. I have a spreadsheet that I track car repairs and home improvements on. That way I can tell at a glance the last time my tires were rotated or when the new HVAC was installed, and who installed it. I update it in pen, as needed, and update the spreadsheet yearly as I'm moving into the new planner. I print it off and tape it in the planner using washi tape.

That’s such a great idea! I definitely need to include some type of tracker for those things going forward.

Love this video, thank you for collating all the ideas in one place. Some additional ideas for the perpetual calendar; one I have seen and love use a portable thin calendar if you can’t carry your whole planner use this as a quick over view to carry on you, highlight the dates for the weekends through out the year so you can see the weekends at a glance and plan in super mobile way. The other idea that I have just thought of is that you could use this as a spending tracker, add up at the end of each day what you have spent to make budget tracking more efficient when looking at it in a monthly overview.

Idea for Contacts Page: Sticker Shop Name and PR Girl/Guy + Code. Write the shop Name on the first line. Write the PR person’s name and code on the 2nd line. On the 3rd line you could write the shop’s email address in case you need to contact them for any reason. This has saved me a lot of time when I need to find a coupon code when I’m buying stickers, etc. Thanks for all the great ideas!

@MonarchPlans4 жыл бұрын
Yes! That’s actually a great idea for a video. I don’t necessarily do the same thing each month, but I’ll do a flip through of my 2020 planner to show what I did and then offer some ideas too! I’ll put that on the calendar for sometime in next couple weeks 😊

Great info...I use mine for the following items. A Disney Spreadsheet having all of the reservation #'s for advanced Dining incl restaurant names & times, my fast pass times, my special events names & reservation times at the back of the book. Search any Disney spreadsheet tracker and there is an abundance of info available. The Notes on the front I use for my Wine Club. Each month we get together (now at someone's home) but we have food pairings, 4-8 bottles of wine where I record MY notes about the wine (aroma, taste, color, smell, acidity & overall opinion). I also incl part of the label, vintage, cost, & vineyard.
