Hi Julius, great to see an update on this amazing build but I do have some concerns about the wing structure and if it will handle the flight loads in particular the join at the outboard and in board wing sections, I just don't feel that hot glue on its own would be sufficient to hold it together because you have to remember it's heavier than what you had planned so it's going to require more speed to get airborne and subsequently because drag is proportional to speed the shear loads on this area are going to be quite high and this is a BIG wing so there's a lot of surface area for the drag to act against and also because those are dummy engines and not contributing anything to thrust they'll add to the drag so I think because the wing is already built I think what you could do is use 50mm wide fibreglass strip over the join and use pva glue or polyurethane clear coat to set it and that will contribute quite a bit to the strength in that area but also look at your plywood wing spar I think it's too thin, I would have used thicker material and just drilled lightening holes in the spar it doesn't compromise it's strength. Now also unless you're adding flaps I'd make your ailerons smaller and on the inboard wing section, having them out on the normal place will put a strain in that area. I hope you don't mind me suggesting this stuff I certainly don't want to tell you how to build your plane but you've put a lot of hours and materials into it and I'd hate to see anything happen to this beautiful aeroplane

Hey Julius!, nice to see you still use the tip i give you about the paint+laminating film. By the way, that will be all the aileron surface? just be careful when the aileron moves don´t act like a dynamic compensator and twist the entire wingtip. It´s something you will "feel" according to how rigid it´s the wing and the flight envelope. I wish you the best of luck on the worldwide expected maiden flight!

I see well the size of those ailerons, perhaps some fixed flaps at mid-travel would help a slower flight and that the structure does not suffer so much.

wow that a nice project i like it even if it don t fly ,you did a good job my respect from you . also the win can come with less weight if you do holes in the main spark or do it different 1/4 spruce and in the middle 1/16 balsa with holes, or may be one 1/16 balsa with 4 1/8 balsa stick when glue it it come solid and then drill holes in the area where nothing is attached to him , also the foam park too drill holes

To reduce the weight try depron clue like UHU POR. Consider the number of glue sticks used. Two-part Epoxy can also be used.

This a beautifull, But i dont think the pushers will be enough to make it fly. You may need Six motors if your using the small motors you are using on other aircraft.
