OMG I WANNA READ IT
@springdayisnottoday3717 жыл бұрын
I'm a pancer too! I hated outlines, but I had to for school (essays etc etc), so I also applied that on writing stories. However, there are still parts or times that I don't know what's going on and just write on and eventually do not feel sure if it's good or not. But since I'm still in the first pages, I just do not pressure myself and highlighted it and took notes that I should edit them or recycle. It helps a lot and makes you focus on your story. After the first step, you'd have your rough draft and you can go back to it.

So glad you are writing! With an imagination like yours you can't go wrong. I recently started my writing journey as well. I am definitely a pantser. I just write, get to the end of a scene, and then go, ok... where do I want to go from here? I have even been skipping around from the beginning, middle, and end. I am working on two very different types of stories. One is a YA sci-fi with aliens and the other is a New Adult Contemporary. I have about 15,000 words for one and 10,000 for the other...and a lot of rough drafts ahead.
