How long does back order take? Am i gunna be waiting 3 months for 1 item?

Back orders mean we are waiting for the items from the manufacturer. It's hard to say how long that might be, but by buying something on back order, you're first in line for when we do get inventory. Sometimes we get a shipment in and everything goes to backorders, so those who waited to buy have to wait for the next shipment.
