I covered a wood ramp with red guard and it has kept moisture from destroying it so far . Red guard ain’t cheap , I had some extra from a bathroom job . It’s used on the concrete board to create a waterproof barrier . Way better than paint , and it’s red 👍. Goes on pink . 2-3 coats will keep a wood ramp nice and grippy

Man I have worked so hard to get away from big bulky wood ramps that too difficult to transport... honestly only way I'd build a wood ramp again is if I lived somewhere that I could keep it and use it but living in a apartment I just don't have a big enough yard....

I hear ya, my plans are to figure out a way to make it as light as possible. Probably do some research on how to make something that can fold on itself as well. We’ll see. But I definitely need a ramp in my life. It seems like whenever you look to buy one that’s pre-fabricated, they’re just so bloody expensive.

@@EastTactics that fresh park ramp is very expensive but man is it nice way nicer then I thought but it's very heavy it's nice it folds down but that's more the storage and transportation part of it... it takes a lot for me to move it I have to split it in half.... Now the KCrc ramp is absolutely amazing very light and easy to move but it's not HUGE it's about 20-22inch high and 1/3 the price

I opologize Daniel, I'm relizing that you are confused by the term "short" when it comes to youtube. Which is totally understandable if your bran new to creating content on youtube. The word "short" (noun) at least when it comes to youtube doesnt have anything to do with the length of the video. It refers to the type of video you're choosing to upload, as well as the way you filmed your video. However youtube will choose for you if your video is both low in length and filmed in portriat mode from a phone. Generally "shorts" are small in length, but the real defining factor as to how youtube will upload and catigorize your video is in the way you filmed it, believe it or not. For example if you filmed your video with your phone, but while filming it you were holding your phone vertically (or in Portriat mode 9:16), you'll notice that the video format will be filmed in a "Tall" format, akin to phones. However, if you film your video and turn your phone horizonal (landscape mode 16:9), it will film your video in a wide formate akin to Standard youtube video. Now... if you turn your phone horizontal, then it doesnt matter the length, even if low in length youtube will upload it as a standard format landscape video. and it will be placed in a section of your youtube channel called "Videos". All your videos you've uploaded are in a catagory on your youtube chanel called "Shorts" That all said... you must have filmed your video with your phone in portrait mode, and due to this, becuase its also small in lengh, youtube will automatically upload your video as a short. (short, as in a noun) So this must be super frustrating to you I can imagine. And I am so sorry for this. I hope this long winded explanation enlightens you and helps you to fully understand this quark of youtube. So what can you do to fix this you may wonder. Well... if you have an iphone, I know there is a way to rotate your videos you've saved to your phone. Simply open th photes app, and find the video in question, choose edit, and look for the icon that say crop... go into it... then chooseto rotate the whole video sideways. This will save the video sideways which will look funcky... but who cares at this point just upload a sideways video and you be good. Another option is to bring the video into a video makers app, such as kinemaster, iphoto, lumafusion (luma fusion is what I use, I payed 30 bucks for it tho) iphoto, and kinemaster have free versions. Anyway in the app you will need to bring your video in... then fine the way to change the formate from 9:16 to 16:9. This will put your video in the center and put big black field on both side... but your vid will at least be right side up. your call how you do it. I will give you the time you need to make the change, and re upload your video. I would sugges you dowload (KZbin Studio app) on your phone and go in and delete all those repeated "shorts" on your channel. If at this point you are too irritated by all the hoopla you are dealing with in regards to uploading a simple video. Just know... in the beginning we all went through this learning curve. You be a youtube master in no time. Just have the patience to muscle thorugh. Im happy to help.
