Hi There: No not yet but I think part of the problem is that it has been very cool and rainy here all summer in Vancouver. The weather is playing havoc with everything. My bees hang outside my hives in big beards - because it is too humid inside as opposed to being too hot. They have been doing this for 2 months now - I am told they will swarm but on hot days they do not and no swarm cells. Another example of how global warming is screwing up nature.
