Isn't the term " relative heat" subjective? 100° in California is considered a heat danger. 100° in Phoenix is a cold front. 100° in Arkansas with 80% himidity is Tuesday. 90° in NY, and people burst into flames. 90° in Florida is a day at the beach. Its called man made climate change. As a child i cant recall a time where even at night it doesnt go below 70°. The elderly are the most vulnerable considering how frail their health is. I know of 3 older guys who had heat stroke simply from mowing in the heat.
