Hi Brian, gratefully my home was not damaged in Tampa Bay from hurricane Helene however everywhere around Tampa Bay /st. Petersburg was. Now Milton is going to cause further issues if another near direct hit if not a direct hit. I will use my former first responder background to assist where I can however it is a big concern once again for millions who are already suffering.

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I am a South African, newly residing in New Providence Bahamas since June 2024, and I have been very nervous about weather phenomena like hurricanes, as South Africa simply does not deal with that kind of weather systems. This system is the first one this year that could really impact on The Bahamas, and I feel much more at ease having walked a path with your channel since arriving here.
