Thank you for an amazing discussion amd case. The clinical sign described for myasthenia (excursion of the eye lid after prolonged eye closure) is called Bienfang's sign. Named after Don Bienfang, a neurologist that was at Harvard. Where can find the schedule and links for the live neuro VMR. I would like to present a case. Thank you, from South Africa.
