My leg weakness is the result of a severe sciatica attack that began suddenly in March. The excruciating pain is gone, but 5 months in my leg is still weak, making my gait unsteady.

Nice explanations. I developed tingling in my right foot followed by a foot drop. After that I lost knee jerk reflex in my left leg and also got foot drop on the same leg. I can not move my toes up, or lift the front of my feet up with heels on the ground.. I walk slow like a 2 year old, with balance issues. I saw dozens of doctors and specialists. Had MRIs, X-rays, EKGs, nerve conductivity study, 125 different type of blood work. No diagnosis yet...One thing we know at this point is that there is nerve signal loss on the left leg. All of my symptoms developed very quickly and then stopped progressing.

@@lupitacarballo0305 No one knows what's wrong with me except that I had nerve damage in my legs, confirmed by nerve study. I have been forcing myself to do PT at home. That helps a lot. My mobility is getting better. I still have to watch my balance.

Im glad you're doing better, i had some nerve test done and they came out normal, i have back problems so idk if thats the cause, but i have some other ramdom symptoms, i just really want it to be over​@@samkitty5894

i am enjoying your youtube videos, dr. ghosh. i found you prior to them though when i went searching for a consultant with your expertise, as advised by my consultant physician. will be emailing you soon to see if you can assist me with arranging a cervical/thoracic/lumbar mri scan and the reading of it with an overview of the situ and any recommendations. thank you. brian

Thank you for the video 👍 This last year I have developed a numbness in my right thigh, from my knee to the hip area. This numbness is not like my leg going to sleep, but as if, I had been injected with novicane. As when you go to a dentist and afterwards your face has that numb feeling if you touch it. This can happen any time, sitting, walking, mostly standing. It does not effect my walking. And I am fairly active for my age, 70. I just came in from mowing about a half acre of my driveway. I try desperately to lose weight, am at 185-189 & 5'3". Some mornings I can not stand up straight, until I sit in my hard chair, with my left leg under my back side, after just a few minutes, I can stand up straight. It is the strangest thing. And no one can answer why. I know that you can not answer, but thought I'd share. Ps. I live in rural area, that has no doctors for hundreds of miles.

I had thoracic scoliosis surgery recently. I've had surgery fro SI to l1.he went from l2to t-10. I'm having problems with my legs. I've fallen a couple of times. I have to start off slow and I walk really slow now. What can I do

I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis with a pinched nerve and have been unable to walk at all is this my cause

Hi Jeff. Thanks for your interest in my Channel. It is possible that this is the cause and potentially treatable. I would have to see you for a thorough consult, examination and review of scans to be able to offer any meaningful advice though

Severe arthritis and stenosis with bad disc is there anyway that can be done
