I read the first 3 books in the Heir Chronicles a while back, but they were amazing! I loved The Warrior Heir the most, I think. I have yet to read The Enchanter Heir, but I'm planning on it soon. Great Haul!

I really really loved Proxy, so I hope you do as well! I have yet to read Guardian (which I really should), and yet to buy it. I want to wait until it is in paperback because I hate owning a series/duology/etc. that isn't matching or is mixed with paperbacks and hardbacks. I'm getting the first Lux bind up in the mail and I'm really pumped! Book blogger + aliens is my cup of tea.

Suggestion: You Should Read Jinx by Sage Blackwood. It's all about Fantasy and Magic. I think that you'd really like, though it is aged for kids from like 10-14, but it still has a great story line. Plus they came out with the second one this year.

OMG I WENT ON A TOUR TO PENGUIN DURING A SPECIAL WRITING CLUB/CAMP AND THE EDITOR WE MET WITH WAS EDITING A BOOK CALLED GUARDIAN. SHE SHOWED US THE COVER AND IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THAT BUT...SHE SAID THAT THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE COVER AND THAT IS THE NEW COVER! OMG ITS SO COOL THEY SENT IT TO YOU! Personally I liked the first cover that never came out but still, That is so cool they sent you that book because when I went she was still editing it and she showed us the manuscript and it was HUGE with so many post it notes hanging out!

I AGREE WITH YOUR RUIN AND RISING FEELINGS SO MUCH. I know you don't like Mal, but my biggest complaint was about Nikolai's ending. Without spoiling anything for commenters, I think the "Nikolai thing" should have happened RIGHT at the end of book two so he could spend most of book 3 getting over what happened and maybe getting a girl to help him with that;)
