We feed our bird a cold pressed pellet that we get from Tops. We also feed our boy fresh veggies that I chop every 3-7 days (depending on how well they store...our bird doesn't like wilted veggies). For what veggies they can eat, stay away from avocados, tomatoes, seeds and pits from fruit. When we first got our bird I was constantly yelling out to my husband "Can birds have such and such" and he (Or I) would google it! Have fun!!!
