주먹밥 | Korean Rice Ball
Jumeokbap(rice balls) is delicious and easy meal that Koreans love to make and eat. When you translate Jumeokbap, it’s translated as fist rice. This is because the shape of the rice ball resembles the shape of a fist.
This is my grandma’s style of Jumeokbap. It’s really delicious, so we hope you recreate them! When you do make sure to tag us💚
Serves 3-4 people
✏️재료 | Ingredients
밥 short grain rice 2 cups
오이 cucumber 3Tbsp
당근 carrot 3Tbsp
2 돌김 dried, unseasoned seaweed sheets (dol-gim in Korean)
소금 salt ½tsp
우엉 seasoned edible burdock root 2Tbsp 📍available at Korean grocery store
단무지 yellow pickled radish 2Tbsp 📍available at Korean grocery store
깨소금 toasted&roasted sesame seeds 1Tbsp
참기름 sesame oil 1tsp
