.....that's what we thought.
Most athletes dislike jumps because they do not have the proper training or technique to achieve a quality jump. Follow along with Coach Shannon, Coach Suzy, and Coach Alex for some of our favorite jump drills! As mentioned in the video- Our coaches will only being showing demonstrations of these easy to do at-home drills! It is always encouraged each individual work at their own pace, at their own individual abilities.
There is no set "rep" count for these drills/ exercises. Recommended count is 20 reps. If you need to start off slow, we suggest starting off with 5 reps, then increasing by 5 as you get more comfortable with the drills.
