Thank you. I have been doing this cool down for 2 weeks and it really helped me. My calves (or the inner muscle that connects the tibia and the femur) really hurt after every jumping rope workout, but since I met you, everything got better

I must be weird or something. I don't feel any tension in my calves while I jump and I jump 1000 jumps per day. There is a slight discomfort in my knee

That’s actually really interesting! Are you on the balls of your feet? You might just have really well-developed calves and jumping rope doesn’t challenge them.

I m 39 yr female 76 kg weight..155 cm..by just jumping 1000 without any ropes burns how many calories
@PunkRopeNYC4 жыл бұрын
I think you're asking how many calories would you burn by jumping 1,000 times without a rope. I have no idea. There are so many factors to consider. If weight loss is your goal our advice is to find an activity that you truly enjoy and consistently do it. Focusing on calories burned is usually not an effective approach.

Great video but you forgot arm stretches and shoulders. These get really tense and are just as important 😊
