Same question - is this the Jumper T-Lite power delivery issue or the way TBS nano works? I've set TBS nano power in my X-Lite to 500mW or something, but the range is quite bad even in LOS, just a kilometer before i get signal issues. Do I need to power it externally on X-Lite too?
@KremerFPV4 жыл бұрын
Janis I am not aware of X-Lite issues with the CRSF Nano. Is dynamic power turned on by any chance? I think that production was delayed and then they didn't have enough time to fix this issue before releasing it. I hope that it will be fixed though on the next batch.

If "Jumper" made this radio on 2S (2x18650) inside the holders on the sides, it would be the best budget solution! This would solve many problems with powering external modules, etc. And all that was needed was to change the shape of the plastic of the handles on the sides! Thanks for detailed review !

And there solution for crossfire is not to fix the powersupply issues internally, but to hang a 2s battery off an additional purchased adapter. Which also could allow fornthe module to lose power before the radio without warning!

Very tempting and a good price, but no lanyard option. No lanyard rules it out unfortunately for me.
@OsirisPL4 жыл бұрын
It's quite small and light so you may do without lanyard. If you want a small radio with lanyard you can look at upcoming radiomaster t8 pro.

If you really want to you can 3d print a mount that will hook to the top two holes.

On Banggood, there are momentary switches you can buy, and simply swap out a two-position switch in this radio with. www.banggood.com/Frsky-Taranis-X9D-Plus-Q-X7-Transmitter-Parts-One-Position-Long-Toggle-Remote-Control-Switch-for-RC-Drone-FPV-Racing-p-1011454.html?cur_warehouse=CN&rmmds=search

@Tokyo_Dom4 жыл бұрын
Looks like 8 useable momentary switches right there under the power button (any of the trim switches). Assuming you can remap those, i know i can in Deviation. For example, the throttle trim is definitely not required.

It is immediately clear that the reviewer is working off the money that Jumper gave him. 25 mW for an external module. With such power, Jumper has no right to declare support for external modules, it's just ridiculous. When you connect an external power supply, you will not be able to monitor the level of this battery and it is extremely dangerous both for you and for those around you. The reviewer did not even mention this. As well as the fact that the favorite R9m modules are not supported. It's just a shame. The industry should be rid of reviewers who are willing to lie for money.

I never received a single penny from *any* company that I reviewed their products. Please leave your comments in a respectful manner in the future, as I always appreciate *constructive* feedback.

@@KremerFPV Maybe then you will show how you paid for the T-Lite? Because the people Jumper cheated on pre-order paid for it.
@user-xw4oc9sp2q4 жыл бұрын
@@KremerFPV And you are helping Jumper to deceive people by promising support for external modules which is either actually absent at 25WMt, or it is so dangerous when connecting external power - that you just need to prohibit it. Just a shame, our hobby is not only interesting but can also be extremely dangerous to those around us if safety is neglected.
@kafie19804 жыл бұрын
@@user-xw4oc9sp2q Your comment/accusation is rude and harsh without proof a paid review. If you watch the video and pay attention to Gal’s words he is very clearly saying it only supports 25mw on Crossfire. He has also not marketed the radio as an xlite or tango2 killer. Just lighter and smaller form factor compared to them. Gal has done a great job at reviewing the product and giving us his valuable evaluation on the functionality. It us a known fact that reviewers do receive samples for review which they can keep or give away. Although at times they use money from their channel to do buy a product for review. Furthermore this relationship is vital to us as consumers as we have a channel for feedback back to the manufacturer and make important purchase decisions.
@user-xw4oc9sp2q4 жыл бұрын
@@kafie1980 The mention of 25 MW on the external module is misleading users, because at such a power it is impossible to ensure stable control under normal conditions. Connecting an external power supply without a mechanism for its control is actually a threat to others. Are you encouraging all of this or are you just not being able to comprehend what I wrote? Jumper tricked its pre-order buyers by promising normal power and support for everything including the R9m. This is also not a word in the review. Getting free samples for "testing" is actually bribing reviewers. An honest review? - Where is at least one test in this video ?? Range, time, power? Nothing out of this. In fact, it's just a promotional video. Well, the funny thing is when he says that he did not receive a penny. Naturally, because he lives where they pay in shekels. Politeness should follow the truth.

After 2 weeks of use my T-Lite does not turn on anymore. I was hoping it was my bad luck but I'm reading lots of comments with the same problem. Once again Jumper prefers to market a faulty radio, at the expense of us consumers. For details: www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3754503-Jumper-T-Lite-another-Lite-radio/page66
