When you're concerned about other people and making sure they are comfortable. Means you have been brought up with manners. Old "How to host parties" books have a running theme in them which boils down to " making others feel comfortable/seen etc is a noble virtue that low key shows others that you have manners and it by default in society brings honour to your parents and family. Its funny but making such a small change by thinking of others first. Has so many + positives as byproduct. Its almost like treating others the way you would like to be treated is a concept that should be written down and shared to all. You guys are really good. Thanks for the show.

Y’all talking about xxx and juice in music, as a music producer I just wanna say look into frequencies and how artists and producers are manipulating everyone. You can literally add a frequency to a melody to make the listener feel sad, happy, mad etc. ( hence why you said when listening to x you always felt sad and wanted to) he was big into frequencies

I use to watch true crime consistently from ages 13 to 16 and learn a lesson from the survivors or how to be more careful until something like that happened to me. I think understanding everyone’s stories and hardship is necessary even if it’s a few family members and a therapist. We need to bare the load together and feel understood and supported to feel better and cope. Not just survivors or bullied kids or someone struggling with their health but your friend at school that’s kind of distant. everyone can benefit from a shoulder to lean on in times of need. This could literally save someone’s life. learn from each others wisdom to live the best life and to have a holistic wellbeing and sometimes just to simply be alive. You could be someone’s reason to fight or give them the tools to. Keep fighting❤
