Personally my favorite thing about your channel is that you do find less expensive accommodations, transportation, food options. It makes it more relatable to the basic traveler rather than staying at high end hotels and resorts.

30 years ago when I was 27yrs old my girlfriend and I travelled for 1 year around the world. Your New Delhi experience was the same as mine. All I can recommend is travel when you’re in your 20’s or 30’s if possible. The world will treat you differently and you will have a completely different experience than if you wait until 50’s or 60’s. Go ASAP!!!!🤠

You should look into getting Carol dual citizenship somewhere. My wife is filipina (I'm American) and traveling with her can be a pain in the a$$ at times. I always feel bad for her. They nearly always pull her to the side or check her a lot more than me. Even with a U.S. permanent resident green card. She will have her American passport in the next few months so that should make things easier. Congrats guys! 👏

Love your authenticity and that the videos aren't as highly edited as other travel bloggers. For sure it sets you two apart. Stay true to it! Will keep watching your videos once your kid is with you. Between 3-6 years old I brought my son to Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, and a couple other countries. It's definitely doable, at least we enjoyed it!

In terms of UK, you should definitely visit the Lake District and Cornwall. I also really like the Cotswolds. Edinburgh too. In terms of Africa, I went to Ghana ten years ago and loved it as a visitor. I'm sure tourist infrastructure has improved there since too.

Very sweet, interesting insight and enlightening … I wished I could do what you do but I can’t and so be it … when I can I do it otherwise I have you keeping me busy with your extensive travelling and you tube travel vlogs and books! I’m very grateful it helps me a lot to plan future travels! Few months ago we went to Iceland after you’ve been and went a couple of times to the Ethiopian 🇪🇹 restaurant because of you! We loved it, we ve been to Iceland 🇮🇸 before but we wouldn’t have found this place if it wasn’t for your vlogs … we followed some of your footsteps in Mexico also 🇲🇽 last year 😜 I wanted to do some of your Algarve Portugal 🇵🇹 travels but when we went we landed in Lisboa and got stuck into a lockdown so had to abort plans but we are going back late August this year! I’m gonna have to refresh my brain and watch your amazing Portugal serie again 😅 Being open minded is definitely a wise advice! I can’t blame you for not being that interested about England I feel the same! My hubby refuses any kind of UK holidays I would agree that getting culture shocked or landing in total different environment is very thrilling and I’m definitely thriving on new adventures and my husband has now total faith in the choices I make for us at least as long as I don’t plan staycations in the UK. Love following you guys. Great videos. I was in Morocco in Oct and would highly recommend it. I was worried about how they may treat women but my wife said it was fine. Great Architecture and food. Some good hiking there as well. The train system is good there as well. A really different place to visit here in Canada is Newfoundland in late spring. The landscape is beautiful. Iceburgs everywhere and the people are so friendly. Great Kayaking near the capitol.

The last question was interesting. I travelled for years (and lived in many countries) now I am settled back in my home country, however, almost all my friends are scattered around the world. I don't have so many at home as I was never here. So now, when I do meet up with my real friends, either they come to stay with me, or I go to them, so still travelling. I assume you are both in a similar situation?
