This is exactly what I keep telling people. After I discovered my love for traveling, I sold my house and 4 acres, my small business, quit buying nonsense things, ect. I just have a simple investment property that makes some passive income so that I can go. When I'm home I split rent with a friend. I can fit almost everything into a roller bag. Other than that, it's travel life. Family and friends like to mention how "I just have money to throw around apparently", while they drive around a new Escalade and live in a half million dollar house while they pay people to maintain their pool and mow their grass. It's about priorities. I say "well, then sell everything you own and grab a bag and lets go", but nobody seems to want to take me up on that offer. lol I guess it is always easier to just follow the rest of the herd, but once we all reach the end, instead of money and things I think all that will matter is "did you live the life you wanted?" Love the content you guys, keep up the great work.

You both look happy, physically fit, content, and you both always come across as being quite relaxed, so the travel life you've chosen for yourselves seems to be working. I'm happy to hear that you've reached the point where you're sometimes making a profit and always at least breaking even. From my point of view, you two continue to put out quality videos that are both interesting and almost always beautiful, which has helped enrich my life. Thank you for that!

Great video. This tells you whats the meaning of true wealth. Its the freedom to travel and do what you want , work only when you want, and enjoy sit and relax in the beach for as long as you want. People often think when they see someone driving an expensive car or live in a big house that they are wealthy. I see them as having big bills to pay. Often these people work for longer hours to to catch up with their bills. Stop buying stuff, live simply, save and invest. Spend your money wisely, spend more for travel coz it creates more memories.

This one is inspirational that you don’t have to be bound by the time clock no more (but their is some scarifies still as you mentioned a few). I think it’s a good idea to focus more on this thread in your vids of the practical business side of how you both save and make money to keep going on this traveling life. . That’s why many don’t launch out from their 9 to 5 jobs coz they think they’ll go broke. But that’s what’s unique abt your channel is you can show people what you learned abt staying financially afloat all this time and able to continue more years at it.

Unfortunately, we Portugese have very low minimum salary and it basically pays bills. Saving money just for a normal saving, is really difficult and in some cases, almost impossible. Houses are ridiculously expensive (im talking about rent) and bills are not behind it. Anyways is really good and warming to watch your videos and visit virtually all those magic places 😀 Stay safe!! 😀

You’re going to have to figure out a business or start investing in the stock market. The majority of wealth in America comes from that. If you do have any savings try to get it transferred to Blockfi in USA.They pay 8.6% interest on your money if you have it in GUSD. GUSD is audited every month and every GUSD coin is backed by the $1 in a bank which is insured. Do your research but I did a lot and this seems the most reliable. If you want to make money you’re going to have to take risks it’s the only way unless it’s given/inherited to you by your family.

Thanks for sharing this information. It's good to know how other full time travellers have made it work for them. Having a clear goal and working towards it is helpful in keeping on track with saving. We also travel by local transport, which has the added bonus of seeing a different side of a country compared to taking flights and cars everywhere. It's a less comfortable way to travel, but we enjoy the experience. 😀

It is great what you're doing.. Keep traveling.. Love watching your videos.. It is an inspiration for me to look forward to traveling.. One other very important factor which will play a part in your plans is having kids.. The type of travel changes and once the kids are school age, it's summers pretty much and a week here or there.. In actuality, kids are THE limiting factor for me personally as far as traveling.. I love traveling and unfortunately due to having a business in the past, I've been limited. I did retired at the age of 39 and have plenty of time and financially doing OK but can't stay away from my kids and wife for more than 2 to 3 weeks at a time.. So kids are a huge limitation for seeing the world at least in my case and opinion.. Before you have children, jump places plenty :)

I from India am a new subscriber to your channel & have watched with internet videos on travels in Brazil, Argentina & Bogota. While I have travelled in Europe, Asia, Africa, the US & Canada for work and pleasure, I had no exposure to south America. Your videos gave me some perspective of the region. During these journeys you eat in restaurants, live in Air bnb, use public transport, so how do you manage to keep good health? Did you ever encounter health issues in a foreign country? If so how did you deal with it? What precautions do you take against street crime that persist in south American cities?
