Energy twister crits a lot but it doesn't show, it will instantly replenish your cooldowns with Critical Mass.Try replacing meteor with energy twister.You also need atleast +1.90 attack speed and 50% crit hit chance.With these stats your loop is almost always infinite.

I love your wizard videos, great detail and even better ideas. I used some of your build ideas from this exact build (critical mass) But instead of glass cannon I used the 15% reduction on cool downs. It let's me use my frost Nova (with the 9sec delay rune) within a few seconds which keeps mobs from really getting the upper hand. Glass cannon is great for pvp but for mob not so much. I only lose 5k damage and that's not even that bad. But thanks again, you helped me make my wizard fun again! If any one still plays, my GT is theterribleking. Add me, I'm an avid player and I love pvp (working on my build once I get my gear and levels) So yeah, add me!

I hope everyone who watches this video knows that glass cannon is useless because 15% more damage is the same as 15 intellegence that's the only thing I woundnt use the rest is fine

This is wrong. 15% "more" damage on the passive increases your total damage by a multiplier of 1.15. This means that it's not additive, but multiplicative.

You can see this for yourself by changing out gear to up your int and adding glass cannon. Look at your paperdoll damage and you will see that they are very different.
