I did this work out in a fasted state a few times now and I gotta say I love it. Nice bit of variation so it doesn't get boring and you feel like you got your whole body covered with the exercises. A bit more for the back would be nice, but that's just being super picky. Thanks for your great work, JRD Team. 💜

Bro… I’ve been on and off on jump rope… it’s you who inspired me to pick it up, and somewhere I got the sense of being a child and enjoyed working out… then I stopped due to work timings… I used to come by KZbin and you continued to post… I felt guilty because my transformation earlier was the best; physically and mentally. I was so secure in my skin… then I turned to alcohol and stopped taking care of myself… now I’m back again to jumping rope and losing the fat slowly… 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

This is my first workout after my 1 month rest from COVID. Went as well as expected after the recovery month. I think my mitochondria have healed and are making power as designed. Will see as the day goes, but so far, so good.

That was very scientific 🤓 I hope your mitochondria have healed too and you're back to doing the thing soon! 💪🏻
@stevepottschmidt2903 Жыл бұрын
@@JumpRopeDudes some long COVID symptoms seem to be from mitochondrial damage. They make the power every cell uses for everything. COVID infections over stress them and can damage them (probably) permanently. So the person never recovers.

Thank you very much for the content guys. You are the reason i switched from jogging to skipping rope. Skipping is actually fun as hell, some times lol. But 2 months ago i used to skip and then i felt something like a muscle tear or something(not sure what it was) around the back end of my ankle. Stopped for a while and started skipping again today. Day one i got my rope in the mail i was practicing every hour until i hurt myself (common trend when i try something new.) Now i can hardly go a minute with sharp neck pain. Im not jumping high or rotating my shoulders. I wanna continue but i feel i may be hurting myself more than helping. I know i should start slowly but i want instant progress!

Just want to know if im doing this right!

Question about JRD weighted ropes: are the handles weighted too or only the rope count towards the 1/2 or 1/4 pound they usually use in their videos? If the handles are weighted too, what is the distribution between the handles and the ropes for 1/2 and 1/4 pound? Tried looking around their site but couldn't find this info.
@JumpRopeDudes11 ай бұрын
Great question! No weight in the handles, all the weight is added to the ropes themselves for equal distribution.

The point of fasting is literally the component of time restricted eating. Meaning it matters more when you eat rather to what you're eating. People start losing weight by changing their time frame while still eating unhealthy amounts. At least that's what I got from all the information out there
