I’m currently stuck in a loop of reviewing high-rank Jun replays to try to improve… Unfortunately, I’m in Fujin, a rank I reached in these almost 7 months I’ve been playing lol, but I can’t seem to progress due to my gameplay issues. I end up losing too much because of my mistakes and lack of knowledge, and it’s really frustrating. That’s why I try to copy moves or strategies from your videos and other Juns. Ah, so that was you! I only got T8 just recently but I'm not as versed with Jun as I used to back in Tag 2 given her new moves (b+2,1 to Izumo is gone), so I decided to view replays of her... yours kept me entertained. Always pressuring and attacking. I love it!

Honestly it’s not a true tech tbh since they can just stay on the ground and avoid getting launched. If I Ki charge and notice that they do not get up, I usually do D1+2 to get some dmg while they are on the ground.

I wish I had a precise answer for you. I think it’s just really inconsistent tbh. If they choose to tech roll, 70-80% of the time it whiffs and I end up at the wall. 😢 I typically use it if I know my opponent will just stay on the ground.

stopping the ff3+4 to catch them jabbing and use fcdf1 is genius and the genjutsu cancel plus ws1+2 cancel to catch lee wiffing was insane can you explain me in what situations a follow up after the ff3+4 3+4 in wall will hit? i mostly use f2 after but many times i wiff and get punish, and you use every time the f1+2 after a negative like cancan or uf3 or you do it because you read he will use a punch? because i dont understand the meaning of "stop effect" and lastly i see you respond a comment in spanish so you speak spanish? it will make easier for me to comment in your videos 😂

Thank you so much for your comment! I typically use her FF3,3+4 wall combo just to switch it up and if I noticed my opponent likes to stay on the ground a lot. I use it to mainly set up for oki setups. After the FF33+4 and if they stay on the ground, I either go 3+4 like you see @ 5:26 or FF2~F GEN mixup when I have heat like you see @ 6:11. Of course, they could just tap up to get out of it and block these setups. Using F2 in this scenario (Unless they stay on the ground) can be risky since the move is launch punishable and the risk of whiffing if they quick tech up one way. Generally, you always would want to go for the UF43~MIA2 combo since it’s the most dmg and consistent. Her F1+2 in heat I typically use in situations where I am negative after moves and when my opponents likes to retaliate with high jabs or mids. I believe it sabakis all things except airborne attacks and lows. But yeah, I think it’s a very good get off me tool when the opponent is pressuring you. Also, I only know very basic level Spanish. Cannot speak it fluently. 😅 Hope this makes sense though. Let me know if you have any questions! ❤️

@ i see, but the 3+4 after ff3,3+4 it’s guaranteed… i think? Like if you get to the wall instead of using uf43 mia2 you do that and get more damage because the 3+4 have not scaling damage

@@leonsalv17 after the ff33+4, they can just hold back to get back up right away and block the 3+4. If they stay on the ground then yes it is probably more dmg than the uf43 wall combo since it’s unscaled. From my experience, most players will hold back to get up and block the 3+4.

Button mashers can be very annoying, but with Jun they can actually be your preferred opponents if you can figure out how to make their mashing work for you. If you can pick up their timings, you can make them mash into f+2+3, parries and can cans. They’ll either die for mashing or stop mashing because they don’t want to eat those moves anymore and then you can run over them lol Except for King. That character is DUMB

Take advantage of frame traps even if they are button mashers they are in minus frames depending on the command and they can be heavily punished for that
