I work in a large organization in US and like most govt entities, it is also very inefficient till someone raises an issue consistently without the fear of retaliation. Its this fear that handicaps individuals, companies and govt. Standing up for whats right might not be as bad on your health as you fear and you might get a long lasting sense of fulfillment, and may accomplish a greater good. Yes, protesting is a very good idea. Let's say Sindh government resigns unanimously, what will happen next? Can we guarantee that next year there won't be any floods? We have a poor drainage/sewerage system in the majority of the streets, roads of Karachi. Can any new government fix it? Let's accept the fact: Karachi is a poorly planned city and there is no silver bullet to solve its problems. :)

I live in Karachi and Lahore at the same time. Believe me Lahore is Europe right now compared to the infrastructure of Karachi. That is why I was supporting Shahbaz Sharif in elections and every burger was against me. But I had seen the difference in two cities in a number of years. Now PTI has stopped all development in Lahore. In 4-5 years people in Lahore will understand that how much important infrastructure actually is. Similarly in Karachi people should vote on the basis of development only rather than on ideology. 70 percent of MNAs of Karachi are from PTI and look at their performance. They are good in blaming the past and the opposition only.

PTI has not stopped any developmental projects in Lahore. Instead, Buzdar's govt has accelerated multiple projects in all of the province which will be visible by the time PTI completes it term. Whoever told you infrastructural development in Lahore has stopped, needs fact checking.

Sir please suggest where I can protest for my city? I have been to Istanbul with approximately the same official population as Karachi and there was one unified place to protest for public i.e the Taksim Square. All protests - social and economical - are done there. I feel there is a lack of area to accommodate a large group of people at one single place in Karachi to protest for an issue.

Thank you for your 21 minute speach. what I dont understand about u is why dont u take a stand? why dont u urself take the first step as being a resident of karachi having 468K subscribers and other following. Make posters about a protest on a weekend date distribute it among your area and throughout karachi with the help of waqar zaka and other people. you should be the one taking people out instead of braging on youtube. You should spread the word of a protest in your colony and then tell your followers in karachi who will tell other people and so on the chain will continue. Start a protest yourself.
