Thank you for the constructive criticism! The webinar video quality is controlled by the strength of the Internet connection. We are shooting with 1080P cameras but that day, but the camera throttles down the video quality if the internet connection is less than ideal.

My happy single head has a problem in that my needle bar won't move down. Plz help
