This project seems to have stalled huh? Planning on any updated flyovers?

It's slowed down for sure. Originally back about 4 years ago, it was supposed to be finishing the first phase last year. I talked to the developer and they're looking for two builders to partner with them. Someone like a KB Homes or Lennar Homes. The property right now is just owned by the developer, who will turn over parts to the home builders, and then the commercial section will go to someone else. It sounded like the commercial part will get finished towards the end (not the the first phase). I have been wanting to fly over but it's just been so hot lately. We had a nice 2-3 break but I had appointments down in San Diego. It's supposed to be back in the 90s again this weekend. I'll try and get another flight up soon. Thanks for asking.

I just flew one yesterday and posted it up. It was unintentionally a shorter flight. I realized after walking 1/2 mile over, that I'd forgotten to put the memory stick in the drone.
