i have the naked 3 palette and i don't have the modern renaissance palette but i have tried other ABH palettes. ABH shadows are much higher quality than the UD eyeshadows so i would definitely get ABH modern renaissance over UD naked 3

I have super oily lids and the original works really well on me (haven't tried the others). I've tried other eyelid primers that don't work as well for me (NARS, two faced, etc.) so I guess it depends.

I used to wear the original eyeshadow primer from UD but the mac prep and prime 24 Hour extend eye base replaced it for me completely. The UD primer expires after 6 months and after a few weeks of using it i noticed that it would get really weird if it gets in touch with your concealer. No matter if you use it before or after applying concealer. it would give you a white mixture of both, it looked strainy and it was so hard to remove from the lids. I didnt use it with concealer mixed or anything but if youre not carefull and get the primer anywhere near your undereye concealer it would look so bad.

I like to mix the born this way with the Becca backlit primer filter or any shimmering skin perfect or liquid. It offers the same coverage while lightening the formula. I use to have the same problem with thinking it looked to heavy on my skin until I did that.

I bought the Benefit Cheekathon palette yesterday and...I'm so in love. Also I've been loving the black liquid eyeliner from The Body Shop, Betty Lou Manizer from The Balm (which I most often use as an eyeshadow), and Clarins Truly Waterproof mascara. It tends to dry out a little over time but there are some regiments to fix that. Once you learn how to use it with a light hand it's worth it. I always hear people love the brow wiz but they go through it really frequently so I'm afraid to try it lol
