I feel the same way about the they're real liners from benefit. I think the concept is great but I just can never get it just how I want it, totally smooth and precise. But the formula is great, sometimes I use a little liner brush with it to get it just right.

I just got back from the States, you are gotta love the cosmetics shopping! I recommend the MAC Nordstrom Limited Edition Naturals Palette, it is filled with 15 Nordstrom's best selling MAC permanent eyeshadows. It has the perfect balance of shimmers and matte shadows, and is a neutral eyeshadow lovers heaven ;) Drug store wise, I stocked up on Maybelline Coloursensations Creamy Matte lipsticks as well as some amazing makeup brushes from ELF. I would HIGHLY recommend the Stila Stay All Day Liquid liners, they come in a variety of colours, Navy blue included, easy to work with and last forever. I just picked up Teal and already have my black one and they are 100%. I got mine from Look Fantastic for £13 do bargain! I cannot wait to smell the the new Jo Malone fragrance too and I am loving to Pop of Passion balms lately Peach Passion looks great on you and I think you'd love Punch Pop too x

Stila have a few different shades of blue liners...the felt tip style. The one I have is called midnight I think, it's a deep inky navy and I love it. They have other shades too though. X

You should try the Stila Liquid Liner in Midnight. It dries quickly, doesn't transfer or smudge, and it's easy to remove. Plus the deep blue color is gorgeous !

For blue eyeliner, I suggest Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner (here in Italy I've found the blue one)... it's in a pot with the brush, but it's not difficult to use!

kat von d has a navy liquid liner that's pretty good! the brush isn't the same as the tattoo liner, but a lot easier to work with than the benefit they're real one

Do you have Physician's Formula products in the UK? They sell a 3-pack of gel eyeliners that are so pretty and affordable. One of the sets comes with black, navy and a brown (I think) color. The navy is beautiful.

Alix, the best liquid liner I've found is the Lancôme liquid liner. It's a felt tip pen and the application is flawless (no dragging). Luckily it comes in an array of colors including navy. Valerie Camilo It doesn't get hot for long enough in the UK to need AC. Also, hot for them isn't as hot as it gets here, they're just not used to it xD It's 110 degrees F right now (43 degrees C) and stays like this from May to early November :(

Fake tan does smell meat-y! Thank god someone else sees it. I always say it smells like teriyaki chicken and no one else gets it!
