ebony irby quality shampoo and conditioner do much. My hair got super frizzy just because i used a bad shampoo. Then i changed to a better one and my hair looks super healthy:) And yes ive also bleached my hair a LOT!

ebony irby I use a brand called Joico its a reconstructing shampoo and conditioner and you can also get the reconstructer mask for your hair. I get the trio pack so it comes with all three steps. You basically shampoo your hair and rinse, condition your hair and leave it in for about 4-5 mins then rinse, then you put the reconstructing mask through your hair and you can leave that on for as long as you want you can also sleep with it in, after that then you rinse out the mask then take the conditioner run it through your hair and rinse right away. If you leave it in over night don't worry about re-washing your hair. Just rinse out the mask and then put the conditioner on your hair and rinse right away also. This product and brand has done wonders to my hair. I hope this helps you out hun :)
