lagniappe just means more or extra. It's a word I learned from @tnog511 What you all are referring to is the radish that I allow to go to seed and I eat the pods. That's the more/extra. I will post a video of how I make the tea. If I’m having body aches or maybe the sniffles I mix up what I call #shotoflife instead of running to the medicine cabinet. Ginger has a lot of the same benefits as radish. I personally add the ginger as a natural pain reliever and settling the stomach. Coupled with radish, this is why I use it. Radish pulls mucus from the deep sinus so its good for respiratory disorders like asthma and bronchitis. It’ an Antioxidant, a great source of vitamin C which is a natural body defense, fiber which helps with digestion, potassium help lower blood pressure, it helps with diabetes, it has anthocyanin that can help with the heart, It’s good for kidney, glucosinolate which is a natural detox for liver, gulbladder and lymphatic system. If you have thyroid issues and have been advised to avoid eating raw broccoli, kale, strawberries, and certain soy products you want to avoid eating radish raw as well. All these plants contain Goitrogens . 1 whole radish, a finger of ginger diced up into a cup of water and blend to a pulp. Pour it in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover with a lid allowing to steep for 10 minutes. Add the juice of 1 whole lemon and raw honey to your liking. Pour in a shot glass. #shotoflife🙏🏽

Dont care if they aren't into it, but I told them when im dead and gone at least plant one vegtable yearly in my name as a way to connect with me. Right now, I have my trees in 26 gallon containers, so when we get our property, I can just transfer them into the ground. I appreciate your videos brother keep them coming. Nice land, by the way. This year I’m growing sugar snap peas, beets brussels sprouts, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, winter squash, apples, corn, my own lettuce, spinach, and herbs. There is definitely a learning curve to having your own suburban garden. I love the dryer tumble idea and I’m gonna break out some kaolin clay because we have a major Japanese beetle infestation. And I need to start using whey because every year my zinnias get crazy powdery mildew and neem oil doesn’t work… anyway thank you for having a channel and all the awesome tips. This is my first time looking at your video. I really enjoyed it. Even though it was a tour, I am so thankful for the little tips and planting explanations you give. I'm down the road from Linda, In my area we pronounce lagniappe the way you use it. Will be waiting on your next video and check your previous videos. Love the neatness of your garden. It's letting me see mine can look the same way.
