JK makes it look so easy that his critics forget he doesn't speak English. It is 1 thing to record in a studio,in perfect English but to be able to perform a whole album Live, in perfect English takes tremendous amount of work and dedication. He is absolutely fabulous & his Live performances get better and better, I don't even understand how that s possible.

Thank you for reacting to this and also stating what you did about his skills as a performer. Jung Kook knew he wanted his vocal and dance skills to stand out, and has been working extremely hard; going to house dance classes, using new vocal training techniques, etc.. I am a fan since BTS, and I knew the moment I saw JK he would be a STANDOUT soloist, with his unique sound and skills. I haven't checked out the rest of your channel yet, but you're probably going to love his song 3D if you haven't heard it already! Here's to Jung Kook writing music history before our very eyes! We are lucky to witness it and his 'golden moments'!

Those who criticize JK for not writing any of the songs in his album is just full of HATE, JEALOUSY and ENVY - JK doesn't claim to be MJ. I think MJ channeled his spirit in and through Jung Kook 👍💜

Thank you for your reaction. It feels hard being a JUngkook fan at the moment cos everyone looking for the smallest thing to hate on him. Saying he didnt write the album - so freakin what , how many artists dont esp when he is doing an album in a foreign language why the would he write? And besides he's not the only BTS member to not have writing credits on his album -but no ones talking abt that, only hating on JK . Also JK has 22 writing credits on BTS songs including MAGIC SHOP, RUN & FILM OUT but no one wants to talk abt that. Sick of this crap just because he's successful. This song is a homage to MJ who JK is a huge fan off - what's wrong with that? And yes MJ will always be KING but JK is definitely the Prince and the closest to MJ we've ever seen. Once again thank you for an unbiased reaction. Music should bring people together, not be tearing someone down for doing what they love!

First of all, I'm sorry that I'm not good at English. S.Koreans have been listening to American music since the Korean War and everyone really respects MJ. Everyone treats MJ's concept and dance as an event, but singers do not use it as an official album because it has strong symbolism. The reason why Jungkook explicitly used this concept in his regular album was because he wanted to most effectively show America and the world his vocal and dance skills as a solo singer rather than in a group, while also appealing to the familiarity with which we all respect MJ. I think this is a smart strategy😊

Thank you for your sincere reaction. I'm sorry insecure fans came here to "defend" their favorites. You were right to block them. Let me clarify, Jungkook is BEYOND the real deal. I'm one of few who's seen both he and MJ perform live, and I promise you Jungkook is just as talented. Both men are naturally gifted, yet both worked hard to perfect their craft. Being equally ambitious neither would stop until he reached the top. MJ did that already, but always knew someone would come along and take his spot. Michael is dead, so Jungkook has no need to conquer MJ. Instead, he's earned a chance for his name to appear on the short-list of greatest male performers of all time: James Brown, Elvis, Prince, MJ and very soon Jungkook's name will be added. Unless you saw all 5 men perform, please listen, and learn. A performer must do more than sing well, they must use their bodies in ways that mesmerize the crowd and their vocals extensively and aggressively. They can't hide behind an instrument; their body is the instrument. Their live performances leave you awestruck because they work day and night to make it look easy. It's fine to prefer other male artist, but I promise you no one performing today has the skill level of Jungkook. And he improves with each performance. For those unaware, he didn't just stumble upon MJ, during the 2018 festa performance of Black and White, he and Jimin paid tribute to MJ. Most people were impressed with Jimin since he stands out in a white suit, but Jungkook's body movements already show the fluidity and natural ability of one who's mastered multiple dance styles. And Jungkook is physically stronger. The combination of that strong proportional body, incredible vocal dexterity, directing experience, years of training beside 6 superstars and his easy-going disposition make him the ultimate performance machine. I know Michael would be honored for someone this gentle to stand next to him on the all-time greats list. I regret not purchasing all of Michaels albums, and for waiting too long to acknowledge his talent. I refuse to make that mistake a second time. Jungkook is history in the making, so get on board or live with your regrets. If you want to own an all-time classic album purchase Golden today. History moves fast.
