A guided tour of my exotic jungle garden and fernery. The garden contains Musa Basjoo, Hardy Green Banana, Colocasia Pink China, Tree Ferns, Trachycarpus, Canna, Ginger, Foxtail Lily, Arum Lily, Fatsia Japonica, Ferns, Mind Your Own Business Plant, and many other varieties of plant which make for a cool damp jungle garden.

Thanks mate I’m up in Ayrshire so things are slower by a month. Our last frost is usually around 10 to 20th May.

Persicaria have the chevron markings on their leaves. its common name is the Chevron plant.

Hi Mark, nice video as usual 😊. Quick question, how long do you have your Cyathea Cooperi? I'm trying to grow one this year and will see if i can keep it in the ground during winter (I'm in Dublin so the winters aren't so cold).

we bought that last summer and kept it in an outbuilding all winter, so it's our first summer full with it, we're hoping it will start growing soon. thanks for watching and your lovely feedback. mark

How many new fronds grow in tree ferns yearly?

It depends on several variables. How established it is, how healthy it is, the environment. We generally get 10 to 12 on ours. Mark
