Actually the City Hunter lost his cloak too after Harrigan sliced his gauntlet in half with the smart disk. Still I agree completely with the outcome. The City Hunter shows clear signs of being less experienced due to how often he exposes himself and giving Harrigan one too many openings. From letting his plasma caster get disabled, getting shot repeatedly, losing his mask, loosing his staff, and as mentioned losing half of his gauntlet (not to mention his hand) all of this I imagine the government agents managed to salvage. In fact I think Dutch in his journals mentioned this.

Jungle was more of a hunter. City was more assault based, taking on entire gangs in CQB. I enjoyed City more cinematically, but I think Jungle was more intelligent. Jungle wins imo

City Hunter just plows through people like on the subway. Jungle Hunter is smart and tactful. That being said it’s probably a lot harder to sneak around /get higher up in a crowded city than just leaping up to a tree for misdirection. City takes more damage before dying (arm missing/ shotgun blasts), Jungle just gets tagged in the leg. I guess all it comes down to is City being more ballsy and Jungle being more methodical

City hunter did all that cos he was Proving himself to the elders on the ship. Jungle hunter was clearly left to himself cos he was not a rookie trying to rank up. City hunter left his tech at scenes. Almost committed suicide prematurely when he still had a Chance to survive. Lost his arm and led a human to his ship and got killed by his own tool. Jungle hunter did not do these rookie mistakes and was killed by a well laid trap.

@@virusworld3730 plus you have to account how kevin Peter Hall (the actor for both creatures) said he played them. He specifically played city hunter as a more reckless and violent hunter, "wild child" if my memory serves right. City hunter was more eager to engage in close combat, actively taunted prey more often(leaving Danny's necklace for harrigan) and even ran when he lost the advantage after getting his arm lopped off. He was mentioned as being equivalent to a "young adult" within predator culture blooded but not quite seasoned yet. The jungle hunter is similar to Wolf being more akin to a middle aged man.

I have the city hunter based on his skills he displayed in the movie. Jungle is probably quicker but the city hunter seemed more powerful durable and cunning. The jungle hunter used his plasma caster a lot during the film and those kills that were gained from shooting aren’t trophy worthy because of that. Jungle also got caught in two traps one in the middle and the one at the end. While the city hunter evaded all traps in the film

Rpgs, gattling guns, full auto m16s, that would be dumb, and on top of that they have extreme military training, city hunter didn't have to deal with that powerful of an arsenal, and they were random thugs, city hunter was a novus, losing his arm, losing pretty much all his weapons,leading the human back to the ship 😭🙏 the list goes on, jungle hunter was more intelligent and experienced, shoot at him and he will shoot back, challenge him to a fist or blade fight and he will play fair.

They're only elite commandos to us humans. For all we know, to the yautja, hunting green berets is about as challenging as playing hide and seek with the person hiding being dressed all in black and hiding in an empty all white room. And you're pretty ignorant if you think these huge drug gangs aka cartels don't have military training. The city was shown to be able to take down multiple foes at once and didn't need his cloak at all in the warhouse scene. The JH is better at stealth but the CH is a better fighter.

I think early on C-H would engage from long distance using up almost all of his ranged weapons and he would chase a quick finish using his range advantage to dominate and threat J-H. But J-H is very fast and agile we saw that in the movie, he could run at a very high speed hide behind trees from gunfire, climping jumping around quickly. So i think he would dodge most of the incoming attacks, getting closer and closer, but i belive 1 or 2 weapon would cut him up and make him mad a little bit and shoots with his shoulder canoon, but C-H is not covered in full body armor like Celtic, so he would have enough agility too, and J-H would barely miss with his plasma shoot. City-Hunter would roll away from the shoot and to immidietly get back the control would shoot a plasma shoot from his wrist (couse with the shoulder canoon would take a lot of time to aim and fire, and C-H is kinda young and doesn't take his time very well and bit overconfident in his weapons and he would use them all the time to have an advantage and get the upper hand). But Jungle-Hunter analised him very well since the start (just like he did with his previous preys) and so he would make a good gameplan when the fight begins. He realises he is not as well equiped as City Hunter, so he would let himself getting dominated in the fight, making City Hunter feel confortable and boost his ego, who would just shoot with all the weapons chasing the quick finish, and couse Jungle Hunter would dodge all his attacks only taking little cuts and scars, even dodging the wrist plasma shoot will make City Hunter furious couse he just missed with one of his best most suprising and fastest attack. And as Jungle Hunter keeps closing the distance C-H would start to get worried and his mind will be clouded, couse all of a sudden he is not in control anymore, he just used up all his weapons and only slightly could injur J-G, so he now has to take on a hand to hand close melee fight with a much experienced hunter. But i belive his combi stick will still give him a huge advantage couse Jungle Hunter only has his wrist blades nothing else, and City Hunter has his wrist blades his combi stick and even the smart disk can used for close range fighting. But i think after City Hunter used up all of long range weapons Jungle Hunter would not charge him right off the bat. He would move away and heal his woonds, and City Hunter would do the same couse he doesn't have other choise couse his opponent "disappeard" so he doesn't have better thing to do, plus he has some cuts from that "misterius weapon" of Jungle Hunter as well as some little injuries from the plasma shoots as well. So after they heal up they meet again, they feel this battle takes to long time, but want to finish the hunt. Jungle Hunter sees the opportunity now to finaly collect his victory after all the manuvering and beeing chased by this less experienced Hunter, he wants to get the upper hand finaly on him. He runs at City Hunter who quickly gets his hands on his combi stick and stabs Jungle Hunter in the shoulder, luckily Jungle Hunter was able to realise what's gonna come and shifted out of the way so he did not get stabbed in the chest but only got a deep stab in his left shoulder which still gives him a very big pain and he roars in anger, he garbs the combi stick with his other hand and oulls out from City Hunter's hand who is suprised by this move. City Hunter slowly backs up a few steps while Jungle Hunter pulls out the stick from his shoulder. City Hunter picks out his smart disk and wrist blades and just in time couse Jungle Hunter tried to use City Hunter's own weapon against him, and he throws the combi stick at City Hunter who throws his smart disk at the stick to defend it as well as hit Jungle Hunter with the same move, the stick only lands on his right leg, and the disk injurs Jungle Hunter, cutting up the left side of his body. Both of them get up and recover quickly and starts to run at each other and started to wrestle a little bit: Jungle Hunter runs at City Hunter who tried to catch his smart disk coming back at him. The disk comes back and C-H catches it, and swings as Jungle Hunter who in the meantime ran close to him. But Jungle Hunter knew this move gonna come, couse City Hunter did not had enough time to calculate a smarter attack. J-H duks under and grabs the legs, and takes down City Hunter. Jungle Hunter now has the upper hand and starts swing at him with 1 hand (couse the left is injured), he land 3-4 punches and knocks off City Hunter's mask, who now get things together in his head and found a way to get up (probably he would move to Jungle Hunter's left side on the ground couse with an injured shoulder you can't hold down and control the opponent so well, also his right hand was busy landing shoots, so City Hunter would have a pretty easy time get up couse he got controled by only a badly damaged shoulder. Both of them get up and take a quick breath circling each other. Jungle Hunter stops, and takes off his mask and shoulder canoon. City Hunter knows that he gonna now have to take on Jungle Hunter in a fair combat. Both of them active their wrist blades and the battle begins. Jungle Hunter would have a hard time couse his left side is damaged (shoulder and body) so he has to keep a stance that defends that side. While City Hunter would be a bit slow from the punches and the injury to his leg. So this would be a close bloddy fight, but Predators would get many cuts, but i think Jungle Hunter would come out on top couse he just better at this type of fight. City Hunter on the other hand got killed by Harrigen in a 1v1 fight while Jungle Hunter was toying around with Duch. I belive this would be a 55-45 for Jungle Hunter, he would have a hard time early on when City Hunter has the advantage with the weaponry, but once it's used up, the fight would slowly shift into Jungle Hunter's favor, but City Hunter would bring up a good fight in close range combat, but he would just come up short. And i belive his head would be definitely at the top of Jungle Hunter's trophies for sure, couse this was a long hard and challanging hunt for him
