Awesome and informative video. I'd like to add that the little floating skull mining area off the quarry (the place you go to to receive the gold scythe) those floating skulls can drop lots of rings and possibly even a magic rock candy. I usually farm that area as soon as I unlock the quarry as I like to collect all the rings in the game and a magic rock candy is a huge bonus if I get one.

I found an Iridium Band and a Small Magnet Ring in one fishing treasure chest today. I was flabbergasted. The odds have to be miniscule, and I'm only in fall of Year 1. I don't have access to any Iridium yet so it'll be awhile before I can craft one for myself. On a different file I think I combined it with a Luck Ring in the Forge.

Something to note about the Napalm Ring: its explosions can damage things in the slime hutch/farm, so if you're playing with Farm Spawns active so try to combine Napalm with something you'd only use/wear in dungeons. (I tend to keep a 3rd Ring Combo on hand cause I got tired of exploding my slime setups every time I want to cull stray colors)

I switch out rings depending on what I’m doing. Iridium band + burglar is one everyday ring. Another is slime charmer + napalm. Just gotta be careful to not kill monsters near items you want in the mines/volcano. It sucks blowing up a dragon’s tooth! When I get Qi’s no food in skull cavern challenge, I wear a soul sapper (for energy) + vampire (for health). Killing monsters helps keep up my energy and health that way.

If you have the forge, try this tank build: - 1 crab ring + Phoenix ring - 1 crab ring + thorns ring - Add vampire enchant to your weapon and use at least 1 forge slot to get a protection point. (Or you can use all 3 slots, but it's nice to have speed too) - Mermaid/cinderclown boots I did this along with eating magic rock candy and never got knocked out again.

There is some errors in logic: The thorns is a revenge ring (damage to foes => damage you take), so DON'T COMBINE WITH crabshell They are opposite directions of intended purposes (counterproductive). Suggestions: crabshell + yoba and crabshell + Phoenix (exchange for crabshell + protection after "phoenix" effect procs because its use can not happen twice in one day). ✔ OR if you really like thorns add Phoenix to it (2 crabshell + yoba/protection) and switch rings. Also vampire + soul sapper is better (enchants on weapons are important) because it can be equipped "on the fly".

I typically go for an iridium band combined with a burglar ring and another iridium band combined with the napalm ring for the best all purpose dungeon delving gear. When out n' about in town, I do a pair iridium bands combined with luck rings. Hard to beat the iridium passives. The light and magnetism are always good.

Early on I craft the sturdy ring, especially if I'm playing on mobile with auto attack, because sometimes that feature makes it hard to get my character to stop fighting and run away to eat.😂 Thanks for your video. Like going into how hits to kill changes with the ruby ring and stuff like that. And also because im pretty sure the thorn ring is awful (since enemies do far less damage to you than you do to them) but I'd need to prove it

Pretty much the only two combos i use are napalm+burglar and iridium band+slime charmer. One for mining runs and one for general utility. Might also have a luck ring combo for when i need some extra luck, but usually its just not worth it.

My set up for most of my playthrough is Iridium + Lucky & Rockcrab ring + Lucky. The +2 luck, especially since I spend a lot of time in the mines, even on unlucky days helps a ton. The iridium band cause, obviously. And the rockshell ring, the +5 defense on top of the cinderclown boots (cause I havent found the mermaid boots yet) for another +6, plus the Infinity sword +2, and lastly a munch on magic rock candy for an additional +5 gives me +18 total defense and makes the skull cavern dives on lucky days a walk in the park.

a really good ring setup that I use is; lucky ring + iridium band. & another lucky ring +iridium band; but when near low health switching it out for pheonix ring + iridium band. Two lucky rings really changes mining as a whole and iridium bands are always useful, the pheonix ring is helpful once a day so I just keep it in my inventory and equip it when i need to

For sure the iridium band with the slime charmer ring is my #1. I do love the hot java ring though! I have mine mixed with the burglar ring, so that I get extra coffee and espresso. I turn all of the excess coffee into triple shot espresso and sell it (each triple shot espresso sells for 450g). That's like free money, and helps me save up for the golden clock😄. I still have yet to find a lucky ring out of my 5 saves! (2 of them perfection saves! )

My overall favourite aesthetic rings are the magnet ring because of the cool bat design and the lucky ring for the moon. I have 3 main rings that I use, my everyday ring is iridium and lucky as both are super useful. I also keep a mining ring of napalm and burglar judt because loot and breaking more rocks is the best, saves on buying explosive ammo when trying to grind and as someone who hates buying things even if iI have enough gold to make a dragon cry is a huge bonus. If I'm low on coffee I bring either a burglar and java ring or if i have my napalm ill combine the java with iridium since super easy to get more iridium rings. Usually the java iridium is my 2nd ring because more magnetism and its a habit to have 2 iridium bands from before all the cool 1.5 rings was added. One personal change to rings would be change what a combined ring looks like by using the forge so you could make them more aesthetic or just to still be able to wear your wedding ring

x2 iridium do indeed stack. The effects of x2 napalm or burglar have been proven to not stack. I rock the same setup a lot of the time....BOOM and LOOT

The Topaz ring does not work! Weapon sharpness is not a stat in the final release of the game (weapons will never miss) so the ring does nothing. This is stated right on the wiki and it's deeply disappointing that this was not brought up in the video as there are other ring guides on youtube that do go over this information. I really enjoy the editing and the energy you bring, but I hope that this will help you create even better content in the future 💛

Its always weird to hear stuff like: "If you (dont) enjoy combat"... because for me its just that, combat. its part of the game, so why should i enjoy it or not? If you dont like the combat, then play harvest moon or something like that that doesnt have that feature build in? i would never play a game that got a feature in it that i dont like. but might just be me. i never used the napalm ring, since i got my slingshot with explosive ammo in it for fast destruction / ladder searching in the mines / caverns. So my most used combination is the iridium band + lucky ring & burglars ring + lucky ring. and before i find 2 lucky rings i mostly go with the same burglar / iridium base and use a 2nd iridium band and hot java to get massive amounts of coffee. Later, when i am able to find the lucky ring easier on ginger island, i switch them out, my stockpiles of coffee is massive at that point anyway and one iridium band is enough magnet / glowing power.

If you get a lucky ring sorta early on like I did, it’s really useful to use with the iridium band before you’ve unlocked the burglar’s ring. Gives some more monster drops and helps with farming for drops/treasure rooms in the skull caverns. I’m going to use that ring with a burglar’s/napalm combo once I get the napalm ring

Once I started wearing the slime charmer I couldn’t not wear it, they’re so annoying when they swarm you and slow you down, but with the ring I can pretend they’re coming to say hi 🤣 (at least at the Slime hutch). I like to combine my Burglar and Slime Charmer. Solid choice for farming tiger slime eggs which sell for 8000g. Also, Iridium Band and Lucky Ring is a good choice.

For combat I always like to build defense. But it's also good to have a more versatile build so I've mixed the two in one idea,and it worked pretty well: 2 CrabShell Rings, 1 Iridium Band and 1 Immunity Band are my go for, but I keep a Burglar+Lucky on the inventory to swap whenever it's fit. Then just have a Mermaid's Boots and you're basically 110% resistant to debuffs (Essentially immune, but I heard it can very rarely fail). For weapons it's good to use the Dwarven Sword, as it's more versatile than the Dagger, and an Infinity Gavel for damage dealing.

Napalm, immunity, hot java, and burglar (if you have the boots that give +8 immunity it makes you immune to all debuffs) For a tank, 2 crab rings. Vampiric ring, and pheonix ring is the best.

Finished up 100 levels of Skull Cavern just using crystalariums, Jades and staircases on Sunday. Takes 2 attempts, 1st one I ended up at Harvey's clinic because the iridium nodes looks too good to pass up and I was swarmed by monsters. 2nd attempt, I already gained Slime Charmer ring, bought another 80 staircases (still got 20 plus balance from previous attempt) and just focus to reach level 100. Only after I finish then I went out and explore and get as much iridium I possibly can. Ends up getting an Immunity Band, 2 Prismatic Shards, a dino egg and iridium ores enough to upgrade all my equipment, made Iridium Band (finally) and more.

Hello! Can you make a guide on how to make money in Stardew Valley as a beginner? I just started playing and I'm kinda broke 😭 currently, I have a quest on my journal where it says "build a coop" and it costs 4,000 coins 😞 I just recently bought a backpack for 2,000 so now I don't have money left, and I also want to upgrade my tools but they were so expensive >< Is there a way to gain money fast? I love fighting in the mines for loot and doing damage. Which ring combo does the most damage? I know crit rate sounds good but the higher the crit rate, the less percentage of damage output. I heard that 30% crit is the most optimal for damage output but its not as reliable for higher crit rates so should i just focus of more ad or crit ad when i forge?

End game i just buy coffee. I dont see the hype. I also use coffee as a all around gift for the adults. So i usually have 300 in my inventory at all times. Just grow some in your greenhouse or island if you dont want to buy. But its also on the way to the saloon and a great way to build freindships. Im using the standard iridium band with glowstone and a iridium with ruby.
