This 1990 videotaped field recording by Jas Obrecht features bluesman Junior Kimbrough playing on a Sunday afternoon in his juke joint outside of Holly Springs, Mississippi. Wasn’t this place right on Old Hwy 78 in or near Holly Springs? I’ve seen people say Hwy 4 also. I’m just sure I used to pass it driving on 78, and even remember the building years before Junior bought it. This is where Jim Dickinson’s boys got their groove.
