I think it's awesome how you are into the family business. In 40 years I have watched some of the most successful businesses be family ran. Ryan was able to do what some men dream of. Leave His children's children something. Keep your own touch that's ok but remember always if it's not broken don't fix it. Run with it Junior Style but Keep it Victory Style. I've been a follower of Victory nearly two years and maybe missed a couple videos. I've always been excited to watch the next one..
