I agree with Raul. Born and raised in Dallas, and English is my first language, and the teacher speaks great!! I am new to Juniper, have two Ex4300s at my desk, and have no issue following along..

If you seriously can't understand what he said, you should think about changing careers to something that requires less grey matter. If you understood what he was saying, then stop bitching about because of his accent. Comments like these discourage quality content (like this) from being created and uploaded just because you wanted to troll away on an engineer doing his job.
