Very late reaction but I want to add another negative: it is not colorblind friendly! You can be lenient about it, for instance: In the monaco game (first one he shows) color does not really matter so we play with the rule that any color is ok as long as you use the shape.

I only played Men at Work once, and it was when it came out so a long time ago. I don't really remember anything beyond not enjoying it much.

Another negative I can think of. The symbols or whatever on the city cards doesn't mean shit. I still have to refer to the rulebooks every time. They should just type the rules on the card.
