Thank you for so much inspiration and "permission" to go for it! Your channel is one if my very favorites 🌷. My biggest stumbling block has been wanting everything to be beautiful and perfect. You have helped me to loosen up, embrace the mess, and learn to love the process as much as the product. You are a total rockstar 😎 in my world! XO 🐶🐯🐶

I love that you're willing to get messy, make mistakes, rip it up, maybe keep part, but start over, etc. It's so real and all part of growth, being artistic and the whole creative process. Very rarely will anyone on KZbin show reality but that's what makes creating fun and what makes your creations so wonderful! TFS, Gina!

I watched this video while putting washi tape on the edges of my Traveler's Notebook planner. Thanks for the idea! I like the TN style because it is easy for me to carry around. I have a lot of doctor appointments and things where having a portable planner/journal is a lifesaver. I can doodle, dream, and remember important things.

So appreciate what you show on your channel....one question for this project...what was the spine width of your book originally...seems a good thickness. Thank you again!
@stellarjstudios6 жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you. I think that spine is a little less than an inch. xoxo- gina

After you paint, you can seal your page with matte gel medium, or mod podge, or anything like that, then once it is dry, you can use almost any kind of pen on it without harming them. If the pages are sticky, #ByShannonGreen taught us to use Daddy Van's furniture polish, you can get it on Amazon, to keep the pages from sticking together. Just wipe it in, then you can wipe off. It never sticks. :)

I've started my planner. I've got pages torn out and pages glued together. I'm starting in August. I have for years kept a printed calendar by my computer so I could keep up with what's going on in my life, so now I'll have a planner that will be my calendar. I love messy too. When I found JJ's I thought I had died and gone to heaven. :) Thanks for sharing.

Ok so I am just seeing all these videos! But I wanted to ask when you use the composition book, how many pages did you glue together to make then thicker?

You are amazing! I love everything you do. I agree messy is best which is hard for me. Watching your videos is helping me to relax a little and enjoy the process more. I’m working on mine even though I don’t really use a planner 🤷🏻♀️ it is fun and relaxing so far. 2 ?s what tape runner do you use, my tape never holds. I go back to things I did a couple of years ago and it’s coming apart. Also what photo printer do you use? Thank you for all your videos and sharing. Have a beautiful day
@stellarjstudios6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I use a Scotch Atg tape runner and love it! I just print my photos on my home printer - HP. xoxo- gina
