What flywheel and stator did you use? EBay? I got the same stator can’t find the flywheel magneto tho stock one don’t fit🥲

Plug the ports on the carb and oil pump. Or you can buy 35 dollar plug that replaces the pump on the crank case. They sell them on pw only.

I didn't end up using most the wires since they are for a charging system which I didn't need. I think blue ended up being a ground, so that just went to the chassis and then the other (black I think.) Went to the CDI, then the CDI split to the coil and killswitch.

Hey man what did you do with wiring your stator I need help I got the same motor but no wiring harness so I got to figure it out what's stator is that isn't there any pulsar pick up line

Mine was an aftermarket stator and had 4 wires coming off it, 2 being for a charging system, one being ground, and one being signal for the cdi and then the cdi had outlets for the killswitch and coil.

I would recommend getting a new fork later on because your definitely gonna have problems with that later

Your main crank bearings are gone ,they sound terrible . Bottom end rebuild needs to be done .
