Sounds like crank bearings. I’m in the process of doing mine.

Alright mate, abit of advice, DO NOT exchange out the air box, keep to the original, you’ll have all sorts of issues pop up, keep the foam inside aswell, honestly it’s a bad idea, good luck 😉

That noise is probably the crank bearings freeing up. The noise should go away

All the work 2 0ut a chineise seat on a yamaha pw 80 in england pw are a national tresure along with the 50 lt 50 and lt 80 u cant put a crappy seah cover on after u did a rebuild makes no sence is there only me who has a problem replacing seat cover for garbage one🤣
