@@mewletteryeah and it depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to make villages, trailer parks, apartments, hospitals, etc it is an extremely good pack. If that isn’t going to be a big focus of gameplay it for sure isn’t worth $40. The mechanics are a little buggy but tbh I think it’s a solid pack for the mechanics. The world is quite shit though
