Jun, I nak share on how to make perfect half boil egg.... Firstly, boil water smpi mendidih. Lepas tu tutup api. Masukkan telur.... Jika telur gred A rendam 9 minit, jika gred B rendam 8 minit. X payah tutup periuk. Guna timer kat henfon tu. Bila timer berbunyi angkatlah telur tu. Hasilnye dpt telor goyang.... Done!!

Jigging rod is more suitable for jig lures and vertical jigging game😅. For beginners, you may consider to get an ultralight rod i.e. Seahawk Explorer and many other options on the market. 10lb line is good enough. Happy trying. 🎉

Cong is right, a rod rated 8-12lb, with a reel sized 1000-2000 with 10lb line would suit well for a variety of bait fishing scenarios, and even light lure casting. Jigging gear is best for vertical jig fishing off boats and deep water.

FYI 25lb line is use for sea fishing or if you are going to freshwater lake for toman fish (snake head fish), The small river stream that filled with small fishes just use the max 8ib line or less and use small hooks usually meant for udang galah (Size 6 or 8) . Hope this helps.

The shallow river only have small fishes, largely seluang fish. To catch them you need a very small hook (mata kail udang galah) tie to 8ib line together with fishing rod / tackle mean for "udang galah". And it will be more fun to trap them using net. The fish is nice to eat deep fried. Sedap.

@@JunOutdoors by the way, sharing some tips I’ve heard from locals when we went camping in Serendah. To catch tengas, the best time is after the rain, murky water nvm, they come out during the river rush. And the best bait for tengas is hotdogs/sausages. Didn’t believe it at first but saw with my own eyes. Lol. And, try palm fruits next time for your bubu, the ripe ones that’s fallen to the ground and starting to rot. Or chicken liver. My dad uses these as the bait most times, got la catch a bit, we even caught labi-labi twice!

The flashpoint for cooking oil is about 315⁰C. So the fire 🔥 will sustain itself. You are lucky it didn't explode because of the presence of moisture aka water. What you did was correct to remove it from the flame before cooking again after the fire died. Yes, be careful when playing with fire.😅😅

Enjoyed your content very much and appreciate your effort in its production. As for fishing, may I suggest you explore tenkara fishing instead especially for stream fishing. It's a very simplified way of fishing with just a telescoping rod, a fixed line and a fly. A great way to fish for our tengas and very minimalistic and very Zen.

Its ok Jun, even though the rod is slightly not suitable for stream fishing atleast you not kumpau.haha. next can change rod spec and poundage. Use "casting rod" (instead jigging rod) poundage "1-6Lbs" or below 15lb with 500 or 1000 reel size and happy fishing😊.

You want to know the secret to soft boiled eggs every time? As soon as the water starts boiling you place the eggs in the water and then start the timer right away. I like mine right at 8 minutes. If you want a really soft yolk about 7 minutes is good.

Naughty Jun showing all delicious meals, adoiii lapar liau Many funny mishaps too : fell while setting up bubu, spill coffee, burn toast, sardin on fire, kumpau (almost hihihi)... Fishing actually a huge n deep topic/subject, there are many factors one need to learn n consider such as weather, location(lubuk), bait, fishing gear... me still learning after 30 years as an angler. Jun mostly on casual fishing while camping, so the fishing gear should be light, ultralight rod with 10lb line or less bcoz thicker line might spook those smart tengas n many more which is difficult to explain here Oh ya, buah sawit(free n easy to get, crash it b4 use) should be a much better bait for bubu n it last longer in running water Better stop here otherwise my comments can easily become essay, hihihi Anyway great sharing of a superb video, Thank You liangnoy
